Open config.cfg in your install folder (with notepad or notepad++)
it's in Left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\cfg

Then add these lines :

bind "F2" "say !buy;menuselect 1;menuselect 6;menuselect 1;menuselect 1"
bind "F3" "say !buy;menuselect 1;menuselect 6;menuselect 2;menuselect 1"
bind "F4" "say !buy;menuselect 1;menuselect 6;menuselect 3;menuselect 1"
bind "KP_ENTER" "say !csm"

Now when you press / You get instantly (if you've got enough points)

c / adrenaline
v / pills
b / medikit
n / defib
F1 / lasersight
F2 / molotv
F3 / pipebomb
F4 / boomer bile
KP_ENTER / select character menu

In options of the game, reassign vote yes and vote no (F1 and F2 are now used for lasersight and molotov)

And if you don't want the !buy to appear in the chat replace !buy with /buy
