But I had problems with the map to get 2 Evil Eyes L4D2 precisely Eee_06 threw me off the server and crashed the game.
I copied the map and did the same thing.
After I reinstalled upgrade 2.0.9.7 - 2.0.9.8 and it worked but I was there alone.

Try delete the campain from addons folder and download & reinstall. Also this is persist try another version. I hope this will help you.
